Kyungmin Kate Lee is a Toronto-based photographer and multimedia artist. With a background in photography from Korea, she explores themes of identity, memory, and perception through photography, installation, and tactile media such as Braille. Her work often questions visual-centric norms and engages with sensory experience beyond sight. Lee has exhibited in various galleries across the Greater Toronto Area and is an active member of the Richmond Hill Arts and Culture Leadership Committee.

What do you listen to when you work?
This year, I usually listen to Chopin's piano concerto.
When did you start making art, and why?
I've been a photographer all my life. Photography is everything to me. I express my daily feelings through photography.
Who do you consider a genius?
A person who realizes the meaning of life and truly enjoys life.
How long have you been creating art?
Since I was 19 years old until now.
